SUMMER FUTSAL BOOT CAMP
This camp is specifically designed for soccer players aged 8 to 16 years old. Our focus will not only be on enhancing technical skills but also on improving fitness levels and developing the right mindset for a soccer player.
Players will be grouped by age and will rotate through various activities in the morning. In the afternoon, they will participate in a competitive tournament to showcase their skills.
Here are the activity stations:
1. Strength and Conditioning: Age-appropriate exercises aimed at building core strength, improving balance, and enhancing overall fitness for soccer players.
2. Speed and Agility: Drills designed to enhance footwork, quick decision-making, and explosive movement on the field.
3. Ball Control: Activities focused on improving dribbling, touch, and maintaining possession under pressure.
4. Team-Building Exercises: Interactive activities that encourage teamwork, communication, and trust among players, highlighting the importance of collaboration in soccer.
What to Bring:
- Indoor shoes or running shoes and shin guards
- Comfortable athletic clothing
- Water bottle (refill stations available)
- A small snack for the break
